  • butter (melted)
  • ginger puree

  • Preparation
    1. Wash chicken wings clean and use a strainer to drain and remove excess water.
    2. After coating wings with olive oil and ginger puree, place them evenly on an oven pan.
    3. Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 20 min.
    4. After the chicken is fully cooked, marinate the chicken with Gochujang and melted butter. Place chicken evenly on pan and bake at 350°F.
    5. Once the wings are browned, they are ready to be served.

    Use more Gochujang if you prefer more spiciness.

    For sweet hot wings, add 2 Tbsp honey.
